iFAS V4 OMS / DMS output management system is used to manage all of iFAS V4’s output, whether it involves the hierarchical output of documents (in order of priorities: as an e-mail if a corresponding address is stored, as a fax, or as a printout if neither one of the previous options is available) or the use of a special printer control configuration. Punching, stapling, folding, printing brochures – iFAS V4 OMS supports every existing printing system function. Selecting the right paper tray, choosing the right paper grades, and electronically presorting documents all contribute to a significant reduction in manual work.

Document Management / Document Archiving

Connecting iFAS V4 OMS to a document management system or document archiving system is a relatively simple process. A standardized archiving format ensures that documents from iFAS V4 are stored with identical print formats, in a tamper-proof manner, in the corresponding DMS/Document Archiving System. iFAS V4 makes it possible to directly retrieve documents, such as customer invoices, at any time. Thanks to a sophisticated search criteria system, the entire document management process can be fully automated.
